This site provides general information to borrowers and sponsors regarding financing alternatives provided through the Steel City Platform. Nothing on this site shall be construed as an offer or commitment to provide financing to any borrower. All financing is subject to credit approval, underwriting, and satisfaction of applicable conditions. Not all applicants will qualify. Further, nothing on this site shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, an offer to sell an equity interest in any investment vehicle affiliated with the Steel City (“Steel City Vehicles”).

PNCCM, a broker-dealer affiliate of PNC Bank, may earn origination fees from the Steel City Vehicles associated with sourcing loans for such vehicles. In addition, PNCCM and TCW have entered into a referral arrangement for the Steel City Vehicles under which PNCCM may earn cash compensation from TCW in connection with such referral activities. In connection with such origination and placement agent activities, PNCCM may make statements that constitute endorsements or testimonials under applicable regulations.
